RETURNS.

Not satisfied with your product? No problem! Your purchase can be returned within 30 days after receiving your order. You can only return the product if it is undamaged unworn and in original packaging. Also, any items on sale can not be returned. 

How do i return?
Step 1. Make a note with your name, order number, and reason of returning.
Step 2. Send the jewelry in original packaging and condition to address below:

When returning from a country outside of the European Union, please make sure to send a photo of the track and trace code to our customer care representatives at info@lillysamsterdam.com.

When returning an item, please make sure to remove any previously used postage labels. As soon as we receive your return, we will make sure to handle your request.
